I ORDERED A PART THAT WAS SPECIAL ORDER.I GAVE THEM A CASTING NUMBER AND A EQUIPMENT BRAND.

THE PARTS MAN TOLD ME HE FOUND THE PART FOR $49.00. I ASKED HIM TO FAX ME A PICTURE OF PART AND HE SAID THERE WAS NO REASON TO BECAUSE IT WAS CORRECT PART. WHEN I GOT THE PART IT WAS WRONG AND I HAD A BILL FOR OVER $70.00, I AGREED TO $49 PLUS $6.00 SHIPPING TO MY HOUSE, I WAS CHARGE ANOTHER $12> IN SHIPPING I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT. WHEN I RETURNED THE PART I WAS CHARGE FULL SHIPPING AND 10% RESTOCKING FEE FOR A PART THEY ORDER WRONG.

THIS WOULD HAVE NOT COST ME ANY MONEY OR DRIVE TIME IF PARTS MAN WOULD HAVE FAXED ME A PICTURE LIKE I ASKED. THEY TOLD ME I GAVE THEM WRONG PART NUMBER AND PUT FULL BLAME ON ME. PART NUMBER I GOT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CASTING NUMBER I GAVE THEM, AND I ASKED FOR A PICTURE TO BE FAXED, AND THEN THEY CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH PAYING $6.00 SHIPPING TO MY HOUSE.

BUT WHAT THEY CHARGE ME FOR I FEEL THEY STOLE FROM ME.LOST $30.00 IN A PART I DON'T OWN ALONG WITH 1 1/2 DRIVE TIME AND FUEL EXPENSE.
